"Compendium of Materia Medica" records: "In the Guangdong Annals, among the grass flowers named "Niang", there is the Myrtle, which grows in clusters in the wild. It is similar to plum but slightly sharper, and similar to peach but twice as red. The middle of the stem is pure purple, and the silk is deep yellow like golden millet, so it is called Myrtle. The fruit ripens in August and September and turns blue-green, like cow's milk. It is produced in Guilin, and is also found in Guangzhou today." The original plant described is the same as the present-day Myrtle.

Through the introduction in the above article, I believe everyone has a certain understanding of myrtle. I hope everyone can follow the doctor's advice when taking it, and at the same time pay attention to exercise to enhance their own resistance.
