Inflorescences are numerous, 5-8mm in diameter, arranged in large and long panicles at the ends of stems and branches, with peduncles 3-5mm long; involucral bracts are short cylindrical, about 4mm long and 3-4mm wide; involucral bracts are 3 layers, gray-green, linear-lanceolate or linear, with pointed apex, covered with short rough hairs on the back, the outer layer is slightly shorter or half shorter than the inner layer, and the margin is dry and membranous; the receptacle has obvious small pits; the female flowers are multi-layered, 4-4.5mm long, with slender tubes, and the tongues are light yellow or light purple, very short and thin, filamentous, and 2-fissures at the apex; there are 6-11 bisexual flowers, the corolla is light yellow, about 4mm long, the eaves are narrowly funnel-shaped, with 5 teeth at the upper end, the upper part of the tube is sparsely pubescent, the achenes are linear-lanceolate, 1.2-1.5mm long, flattened, and covered with fine hairs; there is 1 layer of pappus, which is white at first and then turns yellowish brown. Flowering period is from May to October.
