[Original morphology] Golden Sagittaria, the tuber is nearly spherical. Leaves 3-4, clustered, petiole 10-35cm long, sheath-leaf-like lower part with 3 shallow or 3 deep lobes, lobe fusion part wide or narrow, gradually pointed, middle lobe ovate, 9-17cm long, about 14cm wide, lateral lobes unequally ovate or unequally oblong-ovate, sometimes expanded at the lower part, 10cm long, 7-8cm wide, dark green on the surface, yellow-green on the back; midrib slightly raised on both sides, lateral veins mostly extending from the base of the midrib and the lower part of the main vein of the lateral lobes, fan-shaped, with obvious reticulate veins and 1 collective vein. The inflorescence stalk is 2-9cm long, fleshy red with dark purple spots; the spathe is 17-19cm long, the tube is ovate, 2-2.5cm long, 1.5cm in diameter, pale or light green with purple stripes, the eaves is 13-15cm long, ovate-lanceolate, 5cm wide at the base, gradually pointed upward, fleshy red with earthy green outside, with purple longitudinal stripes, and brown-purple with fleshy red stripes inside; spadix; the female inflorescence is cylindrical or short conical, 4-5mm long and 5mm thick; the neutral inflorescence is 1.5-2.2cm long, densely covered with neutral flowers at the bottom, reflexed, jade white; the male inflorescence is 1cm long and 2-3mm thick; the appendages are light waxy brown, with a pale purple-red stalk about 2mm long, 3-4mm thick at the base, 12-15cm long, and rat-tail-shaped; the female flower has 2-3 carpels, the ovary is ovate, the stigma is disc-shaped, and purple-red; the male flower has 2-3 stamens, khaki, the anther loculus is ovate, and the flower is pink.
