[Nature and flavor] "Supplement to Compendium of Materia Medica": "It tastes sweet and spicy, and is warm in nature."

【Functions and indications】Tonifies Qi, promotes the production of body fluids, and activates blood circulation.

[Usage and Dosage] For oral use: Stew to warm or decoct with other medicines. For external use: mash and apply.

[Additional prescription] ① To treat acne: Mash water chestnuts into juice, stew it with white wine and drink it warm. However, do not stew it too hot, as it will be bad, so be careful. (Collection of Good Prescriptions)
