The tail fin is very long, the axis of the caudal vertebrae is flat, slightly upturned at the back, the front part of the lower lobe is protruding, there is a notch between the middle and the back, and the tail is blunt and pointed. The body is gray-brown with scattered irregular black spots, and the abdomen, pelvic fins and anal fins are light brown.
