Flowers are bisexual, corymbs 2-3-branched, composed of multi-flowered cymes, usually longer than leaves; peduncle 5-8cm long; flowers with short stalks, about 2mm in diameter; calyx cup-shaped; petals 4, white, triangular-ovate, with nipple-like pubescence; stamens 4, opposite to petals; disk entire, fused to ovary; ovary 2-chambered. The berries are oblate, smooth, and contain 3-4 seeds. The seeds are triangular, convex on the back with a small blunt tubercle, and cuneate on the abdomen. Flowering period is April.
