130g butter, 60g powdered sugar, 30g granulated sugar, 200g low-gluten flour, 1 egg, 10g milk powder (optional), 2g salt, 2g vanilla extract (optional)

1. Cut 130g butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature.

2. Use an electric whisk to beat the thoroughly softened butter until it becomes slightly lighter in color, slightly larger in volume, and feathery.

3. After mixing the powdered sugar and granulated sugar, add them to the butter in three batches. Add the salt as well and beat until the sugar is completely dissolved. The butter paste will increase in volume and become white in color.

4. Add egg liquid in small amounts three times and beat until smooth.

5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

6. Mix the flour and milk powder, sift them and add them to the beaten butter paste.

7. Use a rubber spatula to cut and mix well to form cookie batter.

8. Cover the baking tray with oilcloth, put the cookie batter into a piping bag, and use a piping nozzle to squeeze out the shapes you like. Each tray should be even in size, leaving some space between each cookie dough.

9. Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. The operation depends on the actual situation of your oven. Stay by the side and observe for the last few minutes to make sure it doesn't burn.
