Take 50 to 100 pills on an empty stomach in the morning and evening, daily, with salt water or wine.


② Treats five kinds of fatigue and seven kinds of injuries, dry body, pain in the waist and spine, heaviness in the limbs. Long-term use can replenish the bone marrow, improve complexion, dispel wind, and moisturize the hair: 3 liang of deer antler glue (crushed, fried until yellow and dry, and pounded into powder), 1 liter of cow's milk, 1 he of white honey, 1 he of cow butter, and 1 he of ginger juice. With the above five ingredients, first fry the milk. When it is almost cooked, add the gelatin. When it is dissolved, add the ginger juice and then the honey. It takes eight seconds to simmer. Boil for more than ten times. Pour into a porcelain container and stir several times to prevent the butter from floating on top. Wait until it solidifies and cut into small pieces with a bamboo knife. After each meal, swallow it slowly.
