4. How to take

Put polygonatum, astragalus and wolfberry in a cup, pour boiling water over it, cover it with a lid, and let it simmer for five to ten minutes before drinking. Drink it all day long, and add some water when it’s gone. Basically, drink one cup a day. In the end, you can eat all of the Polygonatum sibiricum, Astragalus membranaceus, and wolfberry.
