The efficacy and function of wild mulberry linterus

Wild Coriolus versicolor is a wild medicine. It can be used to treat many human diseases. For example, people with cold stomach can use mulberry fungus to make tea, which can not only enhance immunity but also treat stomach problems. However, the Sanhuang plant is a cold food, so people who often suffer from cold stomach should not use this medicinal material. Let’s take a look at the effects and functions of wild yellow mulberry.

Taboos of Phellinus igniarius

Coriolus versicolor has no toxic side effects, but it has a cold nature. If taken for a long time, it is recommended to halve the dosage or occasionally eat some hot foods to neutralize it. There is no effect if taken in the short term. If the patient has a cold stomach or a cold constitution and needs to take a large amount, it is recommended to use it together with other medicinal materials, such as the commonly used Codonopsis pilosula. A cold constitution means that one does not feel thirsty if he does not drink water often, often feels weak and easily fatigued, has a pale face and pale lips, is afraid of cold and wind, has cold hands and feet, likes to drink hot drinks and eat hot food, often has diarrhea, frequent urination with light color, often has late menstruation, has many blood clots, and has a light red tongue. Therefore, people with a cold constitution should be careful not to take too much.

Taboo group

Modern research has confirmed that Coriolus versicolor can enhance the body's immunity and reduce the side effects of anti-cancer agents, so it can be used to assist in radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cancer patients. Most importantly, relevant studies have shown that Coriolus versicolor and its extracts are non-toxic and harmless to the human body, and there are no toxic side effects even if taken in large doses for a long time, so you can use them with confidence.

However, everyone should note that Coriolus polygala is cold in nature. People with cold stomach or cold constitution should not eat too much and should follow the doctor's advice. For long-term use, the dose should be halved. Or occasionally eat some hot foods to neutralize it.
