Take 50 to 100 grams of fresh moxa leaves (25 to 50 grams of dried moxa leaves) and 25 grams of ginger (cut into slices), brew them in boiling water in a bathtub for 5 to 10 minutes, then cool them to a suitable temperature before bathing. Soaking your feet in mugwort leaves to remove dark circles

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that liver and kidney yin deficiency is the main cause of dark circles. Nourishing yin and kidney, clearing and reducing internal heat are the best ways to remove dark circles.

Soaking your feet in mugwort water can effectively eliminate internal heat. The method is: take a small handful of moxa leaves, boil water and soak your feet in it, or take 1 or 4 moxa sticks made of pure moxa leaves, tear them into pieces and put them in a foot soaking bucket, soak them with boiling water for a while, and then add some warm water to soak your feet after the moxa leaves are soaked, until your whole body is slightly sweaty. Generally, it will be effective after soaking for several times for about 2 to 3 days. At the same time, drink more warm water, avoid eating cold food, and get enough rest. You can drink a cup of ginger and red dates water while soaking your feet in mugwort water.

Fumigation with mugwort leaves kills germs. There is a popular saying: "If you have mugwort at home for three years, you won't need a doctor."

The smoke produced by fumigating mugwort leaves can effectively inhibit the spread of various pathogens in the air, but it is harmless to humans and animals. It should be noted that patients with respiratory diseases such as asthma should use mugwort fumigation with caution. It is not that mugwort is harmful to such diseases, but many patients are allergic to various types of smoke and their symptoms are aggravated.
