How to eat Alternanthera

1. Treatment of jaundice: 30 grams of fresh Alpinia oxyphylla and 15 grams of Centella asiatica, decocted in water, and taken with old brown sugar, for 7 days.

8. To treat swollen and painful gums: Take 30g each of Alternanthera chinensis and Ivy, pound them with salt, wrap them in gauze and apply to the injured area, change them once a day.

9. Treat sores and ulcers:

(1) Take 60g each of Alternanthera chinensis and Herba Lycopodii, and 90g of Melia azedarach, pound them into a paste, add brown sugar and apply to the affected area.

(2) Wash the wolfberry grass with cold boiled water and add honey, mash it and apply it to the injured area, changing it twice a day.

The daily oral dosage of this product is 10-15 grams of dry tablets and 30-60 grams of fresh tablets. Pregnant women are prohibited from taking it.
