Put the above medicines into a stone pot, boil them in water for 30 minutes, and take the juice. Take 1 dose per day, divided into 2 doses and taken warm. This prescription has a strong laxative effect and is suitable for people with constipation.

4. Senna leaf porridge: 3 grams of senna leaf powder, 50 grams of rice, 15 grams of white sugar, add water and boil into porridge. Take it every morning, noon and evening.

5. Stir-fried pork with senna leaves: 3 grams of senna leaf powder, 200 grams of lean pork, 2 grams each of table salt and chicken essence, 5 ml each of light soy sauce and rice wine, 6 grams each of scallion segments and ginger powder, and prepare. Serve with meals.

6. Senna stewed hen: 5 grams of senna, 250 grams of old hen, 2 grams each of table salt and chicken essence, 6 ml each of light soy sauce and rice wine, 6 grams each of scallion and ginger slices, stew until the chicken breast is cooked. Serve with meals.

7. Senna tea: 3 grams of senna leaves and 3 grams of nard. Put the two ingredients into a cup, add appropriate amount of boiling water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes before drinking.
