Many people are concerned about the efficacy of a food ingredient, but they are also worried about whether the food ingredient has any side effects. If the food ingredient has side effects, many people will not want to eat it, no matter how good the efficacy of the food ingredient is. In this way, people ignore the efficacy and nutritional value of the food ingredient. For example, Shouwu, which is what we call He Shouwu, is very effective in treating spontaneous sweating in many people. So what are the efficacy and side effects of Shouwu? Effects of Polygonum multiflorum: Detoxify, eliminate carbuncle, moisten the intestine and promote bowel movement. Save the wine and drink it at any time. Take the residue, dry it, grind it into powder, and mix it with wine and flour to make it into balls as big as walnuts. Take 30 pills each time, on an empty stomach, with warm wine. After recovery, you can take the medicine as usual. 8. Wind plague. Scabies. Use equal parts of Polygonum multiflorum and Qu leaves, boil them in water to make a thick soup for bathing, which can relieve pain and build muscle. Bathing with a decoction of Polygonum multiflorum stems and leaves is also effective. In fact, if Shouwu is used reasonably, there will be no side effects, so you don’t have to worry too much. Eating Shouwu can treat many diseases, especially hair. If your hair is not developing well, your hair is not black, or your hair is very white, you can choose to eat Shouwu to regulate and improve it. You cannot eat Shouwu every day, but you can choose to use it to make tea. |
