Boil the yam and fry the corn into powder; fry the almonds, peel and remove the tips, and pound them into powder. Take 10 grams of almond powder, appropriate amount of yam and corn flour with boiled water on an empty stomach every day, and drink with ghee. It can tonify the middle and replenish qi, warm the middle and moisten the lungs. It is suitable for symptoms such as spleen deficiency, weak body, lung deficiency and long-term cough.

Mulberry and Chrysanthemum Drink

Put 5 grams each of mulberry leaves and chrysanthemum in a pot and boil for about half an hour. Then add 3 grams of mint and boil for a while. Add honey and it is done. This tea is very effective for symptoms such as cough, fever, cold and headache.

Tangerine peel tea

Use tangerine peel (preferably fresh tangerine peel) and appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the tangerine peel with water, tear it into small pieces, put it in a cup, brew it with boiling water, and simmer it; pour out the tangerine peel juice, add sugar to the juice and stir well, and drink it instead of tea.
