4. Steaming method

Dry the American ginseng over low heat, grind it into fine powder, take 5g each time, mix it with an egg, and steam it before drinking.

5. Soup method

Cut the American ginseng into thin slices and add about 10g each time when making soup.

6. Wine soaking method

Place 30g of American ginseng in a clean container, soak it with 500g of rice wine, seal it for 7 days and then take it twice a day, 20ml on an empty stomach each time. Add more wine when it is finished, and when the taste becomes bland, take the ginseng and eat it.

7. Cooking method

Slice the American ginseng, take 3g and put it into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. Take the ginseng slices and ginseng soup together on an empty stomach before breakfast.
