[Original form] Yunnan stone fairy peach, an epiphyte. The rhizome is thick. Pseudobulb fleshy, sparse, oblong or ovate-oblong, 2.5-5cm long, with 2 leaves at the terminal. The leaves are lanceolate, leathery, 7-15 (-23) cm long, (6-)9-15 (25) mm wide, with nearly obtuse tips and narrowed bases into short petioles. The scape emerges from a young pseudobulb covered with scales. The raceme has 12-18 flowers; the bracts are elliptic-oblong, with a nearly obtuse and fist-shaped depression at the apex; the flowers are small, preceding the leaves, white or slightly pink; the sepals are nearly equal in size, broadly ovate-oblong, with an obtuse apex, boat-shaped, and the lateral sepals have ridges on the back, 4mm long; the petals are nearly similar to the sepals, the lip is drooping, obovate, 5mm long, with a spherical capsule at the base, about 2mm long, and obtuse at the apex; the apex of the column is truncate.
