The petiole of the basal leaf is 10-15cm long, with a brown broad membranous sheath at the base; the leaf blade is pinnate-divided three times, with lobes ovate, oblong or rhombic, 1-6cm long, 0.5-1.5cm wide, with obtuse serrations above the middle, and the tip of the lobe is pointed and caudate-shaped; the stem leaves are the same shape as the basal leaves, usually 1-3 pieces, and the petioles are simplified into broad sheaths. 1-3 compound umbels; no involucral bracts; 10-40 rays; 2-3 involucral bracteoles, linear-lanceolate, 2-3 flowers in umbels; calyx teeth awl-shaped; petals white, obovate; stylopodium conical, style long, erect, bi-hanging fruit broadly ovate, bipartite fruit nearly ovate in cross section, with 1-2 oil tubes in each groove. Flowering and fruiting period is April to August.
