3. Protect gastric mucosa: It can obviously resist acute mucosal damage in rats caused by hydrochloric acid, sodium ethanol, sodium hydride, aspirin, etc.

4. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic: Hot plate method and twisting method tests both show obvious analgesic effects; it has obvious anti-inflammatory effects.

5. Antibacterial: It has stronger effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio cholerae and Group B Streptococcus, and weaker effects on Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhi.
