How to prepare rhubarb

1. Raw rhubarb (also known as raw rhubarb): remove impurities from the raw material, sort by size, simmer until the moisture inside and outside is even, slice or cut into small pieces, and dry in the sun. Wine-cooked rhubarb: Take rhubarb slices and spray them evenly with rice wine, simmer slightly, put them in a pot and stir-fry over low heat, take them out and dry them (use 14 kilograms of rice wine for 100 kilograms of rhubarb slices).

2. Cooked rhubarb (also known as cooked rhubarb, processed rhubarb): Cut raw rhubarb into small pieces, mix with rice wine, steam in a steamer, or seal in a jar, place in a water pot, steam thoroughly, take out and dry (use 30-50 kilograms of rice wine for 100 kilograms of rhubarb pieces). Some people also steam it repeatedly 2-3 times according to the above method.

3. Rhubarb charcoal: Put rhubarb slices in a pot and stir-fry over high heat until the outside is brown (keep the heat), spray with water, take out and dry. "Leigong Paozhi Lun": When using rhubarb, chop it and steam it until the end of the day. Steam it seven times and then dry it in the sun. But sprinkle a thin layer of honey water and steam it for another ten days. The rhubarb will be chopped into black paste and dried in the sun before use.
