State Post Bureau: The total volume of global express parcel business in 2022 will be about 189.2 billion pieces, a year-on-year increase of about 9.84%

The State Post Bureau released the Global Express Development Report (2023) at the 5th China (Hangzhou) International Express Industry Conference. The report pointed out that in 2022, the total volume of global express parcel business will be about 189.2 billion pieces , an increase of about 9.84% year-on-year, and the revenue will be about 4.1 trillion yuan, an increase of about 12.19% year-on-year. Among them, China's express parcel business volume is 110.58 billion pieces, accounting for 58.4% of the global business volume.

In fact, since 2014, my country's express parcel business volume has ranked first in the world for nine consecutive years.

The report also predicts that global express parcel business volume will exceed 200 billion pieces in 2023, business revenue will reach 4.3 trillion yuan, and business volume will increase by more than 6%.

On October 23 this year, China's 100 billionth piece of express delivery was produced, 39 days ahead of 2022 .

At present, there is no doubt that China will remain number one in the world for 10 consecutive years.
