【Functions and indications】It can absorb qi and eliminate phlegm, stop bleeding and heal sores. It is used to treat weak asthma, dizziness, palpitations, epilepsy, cold malaria, chronic dysentery, bleeding from metal wounds, carbuncles and sores.

[Usage and Dosage] For oral use: decocted in water, 3 to 5 qian; or made into pills or powder. For external use: grind into powder and sprinkle or apply on affected area.
