3.1. Coix Seed and Cassia Whitening Soup

Material

1 chicken leg, 1 celery, 3 tablespoons coix seed, 1 liang cassia seed, 1/2 tablespoon wolfberry, 2 slices of ginger

3.3 Cassia Seed Green Tea

Ingredients: 5 grams of Cassia seed, 5 grams of green tea.

Method: Fry Cassia seeds over low heat until the aroma comes out, then take out and wait for it to cool. Put the fried Cassia seeds and green tea in a cup, add boiling water, soak for 3 to 5 minutes and then drink. Add water as you drink until the taste becomes lighter.

Efficacy: This tea is refreshing and soothing to the throat, has a pleasant taste, and has the effects of clearing away heat and calming the liver, lowering blood lipids and blood pressure, moistening the intestines and relieving constipation, and improving eyesight.

3.4 Chrysanthemum, Hawthorn and Cassia Tea

Ingredients: 10 grams of chrysanthemum, 10 grams of raw hawthorn slices, 5 grams of cassia seeds, and 25 grams of sugar cubes.

Usage: Put chrysanthemum, hawthorn slices, cassia seed and sugar cubes into a thermos cup, brew with boiling water, cover tightly and soak for half an hour, drink frequently, several times a day.
