Inflorescence nearly terminal, multi-branched multi-flowered panicle; flowers yellow, 7-10mm in diameter, 4-merous, stamens with very short filaments. The capsule is golden yellow, obovate or obovate-conical, about 1.5 cm long and 1 cm in diameter. The seeds have an orange-yellow aril.
